Par ailleurs, il est important de pr\u00e9ciser que la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de notre structure associative sociale et m\u00e9dico-sociale \u00e0 but non lucratif est dans son ensemble bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019application de la convention collective du 15 mars 1966. L’indicateur recense les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations moyennes des femmes et des hommes dans une entreprise. Les primes de performance et avantages en nature sont prises en compte, mais pas les primes li\u00e9es aux conditions de travail, de d\u00e9part et de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
Pour obtenir l’int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des 40 points, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 devra ramener l’\u00e9cart entre la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des femmes et celle des hommes \u00e0 z\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n
